Frederick County Workforce Services

Frederick County JTA is a major resource for workforce development. JTA strives to meet the growing and changing needs of the Frederick County labor market. JTA equips job seekers with information and resources required to make informed choices and develop a strategy for getting and keeping a job that is a part of a career and lifelong learning plan. Frederick County JTA manages locally the Department of Labor MetroTech Project grant, which provides funding to train new hires to fill information technology and biotechnology vacancies.
