Baltimore Underground Science Space

Founded in 2012, BUGSS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to making science accessible to all. We have a fully equipped lab in Highlandtown in East Baltimore that is open to citizen scientists, students, and professional scientists looking for rental lab space.

BUGSS is a public laboratory offering classes, seminars, and lab access so that anyone can safely and affordably investigate the living world.
