Shady Grove Adventist Hospital is a 293-licensed bed, not-for-profit, acute-care facility located in Rockville, MD. Since 1979, Shady Grove has met the health needs of residents in Montgomery County and surrounding areas. Shady Grove provides a broad range of health services to the community and is recognized for its excellence in high-risk obstetrical care, cardiac and vascular care, oncology services, orthopedic care, bariatric surgery and pediatric care. Our Emergency Services Department (located both at the main hospital in Rockville and at its Emergency Center in Germantown) is the busiest in Montgomery County and one of the busiest in the state of Maryland with more than 100,000 patients visits in 2007.
